Library to be closed for roof reconstruction

The Red Wing Public Library will be closed for roof reconstruction beginning Saturday, September 1st. The library will reopen when a safe environment is assured. We anticipate the work to be completed within three weeks. We are very sorry about the inconvenience! Please note that nothing will be due until we re-open, which as of today (Monday, September 24) is anticipated to be this Thursday, September 28 (but of course that is subject to the progress on the roof!). And even then, we will be 'back-dating' the return date for a little while, so that if somebody can't make it in until several days past that Thursday, there still will be no fees accrued from the date we closed.
